What it is
The Navien DHW thermistor (black housing) is a temperature sensor fitted to the domestic hot water circuit of Navien NCB500 combi boilers. It reports the DHW temperature back to the boiler's control board so the appliance can regulate hot water output. The sensor is supplied in a black housing for mounting at the DHW sensing point.
