What it is
The Navien premix blower fan assembly, part number 30021808A, is the combustion air fan used on the LCB 700 range of gas boilers. It draws the air and gas premix into the burner and maintains the correct combustion airflow across the appliance's operating range. It is listed for the 28KW LCB 700 models in combi, regular and system configurations.
Signs this part needs replacing

- Fan runs intermittently, at reduced speed, or not at all on a call for heat
- Visible damage, contamination or stiffness when the fan impeller is turned by hand
- Repeated ignition failure or unstable combustion traced to insufficient combustion air
