Navien Joint Hose 30018957A

The Navien joint hose is a hydraulic connection component used within Navien NCB-CE, NCB300 and NCB500 combi and system boilers. It forms part of the boiler's internal water circuit, joining pipework or components at a sealed connection point. It is supplied under Navien part number 30018957A.

• Visible weeping or damp staining around the hose joint
• Water tracking or drips inside the boiler casing beneath the connection
• Corrosion, discolouration or crusting at the hose end fittings
• Hardening, cracking or perishing of the hose material
• Unexplained loss of system pressure requiring repeated topping up

• Confirm your boiler model and serial number against the fitment list above
• Check the position and connection type of the hose on your appliance against the manufacturer's parts list
• Inspect the surrounding connections and seals, as a leak may originate at an adjacent joint rather than the hose itself
• Verify whether any washers or seals are required separately for the joint
