What it is
The front case is the outer casing panel fitted to Navien NCB-CE boilers, supplied under part number 30017222B. It forms the removable front cover of the appliance, closing off the combustion and component compartment from the room. It is a Navien component intended for the NCB-CE ERP range of system and combination boilers.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Dents, creasing or deformation caused by impact during installation or service work
- Corrosion or blistering of the panel finish, typically along folded edges and lower sections
- Cracks or snapped mounting points where the panel fixes to the boiler chassis
- Panel that no longer sits flush, rattles in use, or will not stay secured on its fixings
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model and serial number against the fitment list above
- Check the condition of the retaining screws and any clips that hold the front case, as damaged fixings may also need attention
- Inspect the rest of the casing for damage before fitting, so all required panels are ordered together
