What it is

The Riello 3000624 is a long ignition electrode supplied by Riello for its burner assemblies. It forms part of the ignition circuit, providing the spark that lights the burner. It is listed within the electrodes category for oil boiler spares.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The burner fails to ignite or ignites intermittently
  • The electrode tip is eroded, rounded or heavily carboned
  • The ceramic insulator is cracked, chipped or discoloured
  • Visible arcing or tracking at the electrode rather than at the tip
  • Repeated burner lockouts during start-up

Before you order

  • Confirm your burner model and code against the fitment list above
  • Check whether your burner uses the long or short electrode variant
  • Inspect the existing electrode for length and tip condition before ordering
  • Check the electrode gap and lead connections as part of the same service
