The Reznor SOLONOID (OIL) is an oil solenoid valve used on Reznor cabinet heaters. It sits in the oil supply to the burner and opens or closes on the burner control signal to control fuel delivery. This part is listed for Reznor FSG and FSO cabinet heaters fitted with Riello 40 burners.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Burner goes to lockout without firing or without establishing flame
  • No oil at the nozzle even though the pump is running and the control is calling for heat
  • Solenoid coil does not click when energised or reads open circuit on test
  • Intermittent firing or repeated lockouts during a call for heat
  • Oil weeping from the valve body or coil housing
