What it is
The Alpha 3.019949 seal kit contains the sealing components for the flue manifold and upper cover on compatible Alpha CDS appliances. It is used when the flue manifold and upper cover joints are opened for service or component replacement and the seals require renewal. The kit restores the seal at these joints so the flue path remains correctly contained.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible deterioration, hardening or cracking of the existing seals at the flue manifold or upper cover
- Signs of leakage or staining around the flue manifold joint
- Seals disturbed or damaged during removal of the flue manifold or upper cover
- Combustion readings outside the expected range that point to a flue path seal fault
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model matches one of the listed fits
- Check the existing seal arrangement at the flue manifold and upper cover before ordering
- Verify the part number 3.019949 against the appliance's parts list
