What it is
The Alpha 3.016858 seal kit is a set of flue seals for Alpha HE gas boilers. It is manufactured by Alpha for the HE range, including LPG models. The seals maintain a gas-tight joint at the flue connection to support safe combustion and prevent leakage.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracks, splits or hardening in the flue seal material
- Signs of water or condensation around the flue joint
- Flue gas odour near the boiler or flue connection
- Boiler combustion readings outside the expected range
- Discolouration or heat damage to the existing seals
Before you order
- Check the boiler model against the fit list above
- Confirm the GC number on the appliance data badge matches your model
- Inspect the flue assembly to confirm the seals are the correct type for your installation
- Ensure the boiler is isolated and safe to work on before replacing flue seals
