What it is

The Alpha 3.016825 Seal Kit is a service kit of seals for the heat exchanger and pump connections on Alpha HE series boilers. It is used when the pump head or heat exchanger joints are opened for repair or replacement, restoring a watertight seal at those points. The kit is manufactured by Alpha for the HE appliance family.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or dripping from the pump head or heat exchanger connections
  • Visible flattening, cracking or perishing of the existing seals
  • Scale or corrosion deposits around the joint faces
