What it is

The Alpha 3.014687 seal kit is supplied for the isolation valves and unions on Alpha CB50 and CD50 LPG boilers. It provides the seals required at the gas and water connections located under the boiler. The kit is used when servicing or reinstating these valve joints.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or dripping from the valve unions beneath the boiler
  • A gas smell or a gas detection reading at the isolation valve connections
  • Seals that appear flattened, cracked or perished when the joint is opened
  • Damp staining or corrosion on the pipework below the boiler
