What it is
The Alpha DHW diaphragm seal is a replacement sealing component for the domestic hot water diaphragm assembly used across the Alpha CB and CD appliance ranges. It sits within the diaphragm housing, where it maintains a tight, airtight joint so the diaphragm can respond correctly to changes in water pressure and demand. A sound seal here keeps the hot water circuit operating as intended and prevents water from escaping past the diaphragm seating.

- No hot water when a tap is opened, with the appliance failing to respond to a hot water demand
- Hot water that runs intermittently or fluctuates between hot and cold
- Water weeping or pooling around the diaphragm housing or adjacent joints
