What it is
The Vokera 2908 is a non return valve used in Vokera gas boilers. It allows flow in one direction only, preventing backflow within the boiler's water circuit. It is listed under isolation valves in the Vokera spares range.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water passing back through the circuit when it should be held in one direction
- Heating or hot water performance that changes with flow direction or pump operation
- Sludge or debris collecting where backflow is occurring
- Noise or vibration from the valve area during pump operation
- Visible scale, corrosion or damage at the valve body
