What it is
The Vokera fan assembly, part number 2076, is the combustion air fan used on Vokera Elidra 24/96 AGM and Linea PLUS AG gas boilers. It draws air into the combustion chamber and pushes flue products out through the flue system, and it also provides the air pressure signal the boiler needs before it will fire. A failed fan will stop the appliance from lighting or running safely.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler locks out or fails to fire, with the fan failing to run on a demand for heat
- Grinding, rumbling or scraping noise from the fan area during start-up or running
- Intermittent fan operation, causing repeated lockouts or flame loss
- Fan runs but the boiler reports an air pressure or fan fault and will not ignite
- Visible damage, stiffness or debris build-up on the fan impeller or housing
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above before ordering
- Check the existing fan assembly and its part number to confirm the correct item
- Verify the fault is with the fan and not the air pressure switch, wiring or flue
- Fan and combustion-related work should be carried out by a competent heating engineer
