What it is
The Vokera 20166123 is a copper return pipe supplied as part of the boiler's pipe assembly. It is fitted to a range of Vokera gas boilers, including the Compact, Excel, Vision, Maxim, Vibe, Mynute and Easi-Heat Plus families. The pipe carries water on the return side of the heating circuit, feeding cooled system water back into the boiler for reheating.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible weeping or water tracking along the pipe or at its joints
- Corrosion, pitting or green/white deposits on the copper surface
- A pinhole leak or hairline crack causing pressure loss on the heating circuit
- Restricted flow through the pipe from scale or debris build-up
- Kettling, poor circulation or uneven heating linked to a blocked return
