The Vokera 20138101 is an 8 litre expansion vessel used in Vokera gas boilers, including the Easi-Heat Plus and Vision ranges. It absorbs the expansion of water as the system heats up, keeping pressure stable within the sealed heating circuit. The part supersedes 188388.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler pressure rises sharply when the system heats up and drops again once it cools
- System pressure is repeatedly lost and needs frequent topping up
- Water discharges from the pressure relief valve during normal operation
- The vessel feels heavy or water is heard inside it when the Schrader valve is depressed
- Visible corrosion, weeping or a split at the vessel connection
