What it is
The Vokera 20123398 condensing exchanger assembly is the condensing heat exchanger unit used in Vokera gas boilers. It transfers heat from the flue gases to the heating and hot water circuit, and its condensing section recovers latent heat from the flue gases to improve efficiency. It is supplied as a complete assembly for the Vokera Evolve, Mynute and Unica appliance families.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water or condensate leaking from the exchanger body or its seals
- Repeated boiler lockouts or fault codes linked to the heat exchanger
- Reduced heating or hot water output that does not respond to servicing
- Visible corrosion, scale blockage or distortion of the exchanger
- Flue gas or combustion readings outside specification on an otherwise sound appliance
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model and variant against the fit list
- Check the existing part number before removal where it is still legible
- Confirm the appliance is a Vokera Evolve, Mynute or Unica as listed
- Allow for the seals and gaskets required to complete the installation
