What it is
The Vokera 20123209 is a three-way valve cable used on Vokera Evolve and Unica MAX condensing boilers. It carries the control signal between the boiler's control board and the three-way valve, allowing the valve to switch the appliance between heating and hot water modes.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler stops switching correctly between heating and hot water
- The three-way valve does not move when the boiler calls for a mode change
- Intermittent faults or error codes linked to the valve circuit
- Visible chafing, scorching or damage along the cable
- Loose, corroded or heat-damaged plug connections at either end
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model and boiler code against the fit list above
- Check the connector type and pin layout on the existing cable matches the replacement
- Inspect the three-way valve and control board first, as the fault may lie elsewhere in the circuit
