What it is
The Vokera 20116625 is a burner seal that fits on top of the 20055216 burner. It is used across the Vokera Easi-Heat Plus and related appliance families, where it seals the burner against the combustion chamber. Its job is to keep the combustion path contained and prevent flue gases passing the burner face.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, hardening or flattening of the seal material
- Soot deposits or heat discolouration around the burner face
- Smell of combustion products inside the appliance casing
- Unstable or erratic flame at the burner
- Seal no longer sits flush on the 20055216 burner
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model against the fit list above
- Check that the burner in your appliance is the 20055216 type
- Inspect the seal seating face for damage before fitting
- Isolate the appliance and shut off the gas supply before starting work
