What it is

The Vokera 20116624 is a burner seal (gasket) that fits to the top of the 25kW burner assembly on a range of Vokera gas boilers. It seals the joint at the burner face, keeping combustion products contained within the intended path. It is referenced against Vokera codes 20044892 and 20043524.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible cracking, hardening or flattening of the gasket material
  • Soot or heat staining around the top of the burner
  • Smell of combustion products at the burner joint
  • Unstable flame or combustion readings drifting out of tolerance
  • Gasket damage found during a service or burner strip-down

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model and boiler code against the fit list
  • Check that the appliance has the 25kW burner assembly
  • Compare the old gasket against the part number shown on the manufacturer's parts list
  • Check the GC number on the appliance data badge where one is shown
