What it is
The Vokera 20113021 is a low tension cable used in Vokera gas boilers. It runs from the CN9 connection point to the DHW flow switch, DHW NTC and water pressure switch, carrying the low voltage signals these components send back to the control board. It sits within the boiler's wiring loom and is supplied as a single cable assembly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler fails to register a hot water draw, so DHW does not fire
- Intermittent or unstable DHW temperature readings traced to the NTC circuit
- Water pressure switch readings are missing or erratic at the control board
- Visible damage to the cable, such as chafing, heat damage or exposed conductors
- Loose, corroded or poorly seated terminals at the CN9 plug or component ends
