What it is
The Vokera 20104311 is a pump assembly for Vokera gas boilers, including the Linea, Mynute, Rain, Synergy and Syntesi families. It circulates primary water around the heating circuit and through the domestic hot water section of the appliance. This part supersedes earlier codes 10020438, 10021792 and 20089382.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler fires but radiators stay cold, or heat is uneven across the system
- Grinding, humming or whining noise from the pump area, or the pump runs intermittently
- The boiler locks out or overheats because circulation has stopped
- Water weeping from the pump body, gland or connections
- Domestic hot water runs hot and cold as primary circulation drops away

- Confirm the boiler model and, for Linea 24 and Linea 28, check the serial number against the Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3 ranges listed above
- Check whether the pump currently fitted carries one of the superseded codes 10020438, 10021792 or 20089382
- Verify the pump connections, mounting and electrical plug arrangement match the existing unit before removal
- Confirm the fault lies with the pump rather than the PCB, diverter valve or a blocked system, as symptoms can overlap
