What it is
The Vokera NTC sensor (part number 20067813) is a negative temperature coefficient thermistor used on Vokera gas boilers. It feeds temperature data back to the boiler control board so that heating and hot water temperatures can be monitored and modulated. This version applies to appliances from serial number 2003033J1650001 onwards.

- Temperature readings on the display are erratic or clearly inaccurate
- Boiler short-cycles or fails to modulate correctly
- Domestic hot water temperature fluctuates during draw-off
