What it is
The instrument panel (instrumental plate) is a Vokera control fascia component for the Excel 25 boiler family. It carries the boiler's display and user controls, providing the interface used to read status information and adjust settings. It is supplied under Vokera part number 20067807.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The display is blank, dim or unreadable while the boiler still runs
- Display segments flicker, drop out or show incomplete characters
- Control buttons do not respond when pressed
- Fault codes cannot be read from the panel
- Visible damage, moisture ingress or burning around the panel
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model and, where shown, the boiler code on the data badge
- Check the existing panel's part number against 20067807
- Verify the fault lies with the panel rather than the wiring or boiler PCB
- Isolate the appliance electrically before fitting
