What it is

The Vokera 20060564 is an ignition cable used on Condexa PRO series boilers. It carries the high-voltage ignition signal from the control board to the ignition electrode so the burner can be lit on demand. This part replaces Vokera part number 105901.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler attempts to fire but there is no spark at the ignition electrode
  • Ignition is intermittent, with the boiler lighting on some attempts and locking out on others
  • The cable insulation is cracked, charred, brittle or shows signs of arcing
  • The cable or its connectors are loose, corroded or damaged at either end
  • Repeated ignition lockouts that persist after the electrode and its gap have been checked

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model against the fitment list above, as Condexa PRO variants differ
  • Check the part number printed on the existing cable matches 20060564 or 105901
  • Inspect the ignition electrode and its lead connector at the same time, as faults in either can produce the same symptoms
  • Isolate the appliance from the electrical supply before removing or fitting any ignition component
