What it is
The Navien 20043491A is a hose for the pressure relief valve (PRV) on LCB 700 series boilers. It carries discharge from the pressure relief valve away from the appliance's internal components. It is a Navien-manufactured part specific to the LCB 700 range.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or dripping from the hose or its connections
- Water staining, corrosion or scale deposits around the PRV discharge route
- A hardened, cracked or brittle hose that no longer seals correctly
- Continued discharge or pressure loss at the PRV that traces back to the hose
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler is an LCB 700 and check the model and serial number against the fit list
- Identify the variant correctly: combi, regular or system, internal or external, and the kW output
- Inspect the PRV body and its connections as well as the hose, as discharge faults are not always caused by the hose alone
