What it is
The Vokera 20041000 is a case assembly for the Vokera Verve System 47KW gas boiler. It forms the outer casing that encloses the appliance, protecting internal components and maintaining the boiler's sealed, finished appearance. It is a manufacturer-supplied casing component for this model.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracks, splits or deformation in the casing panels
- Corrosion or rust staining across the case surface
- Missing or seized case fixings that prevent the panels seating correctly
- Rattling or vibration from a loose or poorly seated case
- Gaps between panels that leave internal components exposed
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler is a Vokera Verve System 47KW and check the GC number against the appliance data badge
- Check whether the outer case or an internal panel is the damaged item, as they are separate components
- Inspect the existing fixings and seals so any additional parts needed can be identified at the same time
- Verify the part number 20041000 against the manufacturer's parts list for your model
