What it is
The Navien 20035277A is a packing for the circulation pump used across the NCB-CE ERP boiler range. It forms the sealing element at the pump, preventing water from escaping the pump housing on system and combination models. It is a service part intended for replacement when the existing packing no longer seals correctly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or dripping from around the circulation pump housing
- Damp patches, staining or corrosion marks in the vicinity of the pump
- System pressure dropping with no other obvious cause
- The existing packing has hardened, flattened or deteriorated with age
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model and serial number against the fitment list above
