What it is
The Navien return adaptor is a connection component used on the NCB-CE range of ERP system and combination boilers. It sits in the appliance return pipework, forming the interface between the return connection and the boiler. Supplied under part number 20030453A.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Weeping or visible water at the return connection
- Corrosion or scale build-up on the adaptor body
- Damp staining on the pipework or casing around the joint
- Difficulty achieving a watertight seal when the return is reconnected
- Leaks returning after the connection has been tightened
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model and serial number against the fitment list
- Check that the failed connection is the return and not the flow
- Inspect the mating pipework and seals for damage before fitting
- Isolate and drain the appliance before removing the adaptor
