What it is

The Navien 20030321A is an upper panel bracket for Navien NCB-CE ERP boilers. It mounts the upper casing panel to the appliance, holding it in position and keeping the boiler's outer casing secure. It is a serviceable component used across the NCB-CE ERP system and combination range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The upper panel is loose, rattling or no longer held firmly against the casing
  • The panel sits proud of or misaligned with the rest of the boiler casing
  • The bracket is bent, cracked or corroded
  • Fixing points are stripped and will not hold the panel
  • Distortion or damage is visible after servicing or handling

Before you order

  • Confirm your appliance is a Navien NCB-CE ERP model
  • Check the existing bracket and its fixing points for damage before ordering
  • Match the part number 20030321A against the manufacturer's parts list for your boiler
