What it is
The Vokera DHW actuator, part number 20029985, is a diverter valve component used across the Vokera Evolve and Unica combi boiler ranges. It drives the diverter valve to move the boiler between domestic hot water and central heating modes. The actuator is supplied as a serviceable spare for the diverter valve assembly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- No domestic hot water while the boiler still fires for heating
- Heating circuit warming when a hot water tap is run
- Actuator head not moving or failing to return when DHW is demanded
- Boiler failing to switch cleanly between heating and hot water modes
- Visible damage, overheating or water ingress at the actuator head
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model against the fitment list above
- Check the existing actuator part number is 20029985
- Inspect the diverter valve body for scale or debris before fitting a new actuator
- Verify the electrical connector and mounting arrangement match the unit being replaced
