What it is
The Vokera 20024841 is a 3-way valve motor (actuator) used on the Vokera Compact, Unica HE and Vision boiler families. It drives the diverter valve inside the boiler, moving it between the central heating and domestic hot water positions. The actuator mounts to the valve body and is controlled by the boiler's PCB.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Heating runs but there is no hot water, or hot water only when heating is off
- Diverter valve fails to switch between heating and hot water
- Actuator head does not move or fails to hold its position
- Boiler locks out or flags a diverter valve fault
- Visible damage, water ingress or a burning smell at the actuator
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model and GC number against the fitment list
- Check the appliance serial number — some Vision and Compact variants are split by serial number
- Inspect the existing actuator head and its wiring plug before ordering
- Match the part number 20024841 on the existing component where it is visible
