What it is
The Navien 20023655A is a pan head Taptite screw measuring M4 x 18 and manufactured in STS410 steel. It is a fixing used on Navien LCB 700, NCB-CE and NPE-AWE/NPE-SWE boiler and water heater appliances. Taptite thread-forming screws cut their own thread into the parent material, so they are used where a secure, serviceable fixing is required.
