What it is

The Navien 20023119A is a silicone tube used on NCB-CE ERP system and combination boilers. Silicone tubing of this type is used where a flexible, heat-tolerant connection is needed between components inside the appliance. It is supplied as a single tube.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible cracking, splitting or perishing along the tube wall
  • The tube has hardened or become brittle with heat and age
  • Weeping or residue at either end of the tube where it joins its connection
  • The tube has come loose or no longer seals properly on its spigot
  • Discolouration or swelling compared with the surrounding tubing

Before you order

  • Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above
  • Check the serial number of your boiler, as fitment is listed by serial number
  • Compare the part number on the existing tube or the manufacturer's parts list with 20023119A
  • Inspect both connection points before fitting to make sure the spigots are clean and undamaged
