What it is
The Navien 20022095A is a front fan bracket used to mount and support the fan assembly within Navien NCB-CE boilers and NPE-AWE/NPE-SWE units. It holds the fan in its correct position against the appliance casing, keeping the fan aligned with the flue and air paths during operation. The bracket is a serviceable component and is listed by Navien under the description BRACKET; FAN (FRONT).
Signs this part needs replacing
- Fan assembly sitting loose or misaligned in the casing
- Increased vibration or droning from the fan area during firing
- Fan rubbing against the casing or flue connection
- Visible cracking, distortion or corrosion on the bracket
- Fixing points worn or elongated so the fan cannot be held securely
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above
- Check the serial number of the unit, as fitment is listed by serial number range
- Inspect the fan assembly and casing mountings for damage before fitting a new bracket
- Confirm whether the front fan bracket is the component that has failed, rather than the fan itself
