What it is
The Glow-worm 2000802600 is a filling loop, part of the isolation valve section on Glow-worm combi boilers. It lets water be drawn from the mains supply to top up the central heating system pressure, and can be closed off completely to stop flow.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Loop will not hold pressure or drips continuously when closed
- Handle or valve is seized and will not open or close
- Visible corrosion, scale build-up or damage on the fitting
- System pressure keeps falling even after re-pressurising
