What it is
The Glow-worm 2000801950 is a pack of 20 10mm O-rings used to seal pipe connections at the heat exchanger on Glow-worm boilers. Each ring forms a leak-tight joint where pipework meets the heat exchanger body.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or dripping from a pipe joint at the heat exchanger
- Pressure loss on the system with no other visible cause
- Limescale or hardened residue around a pipe connection
- Visible perishing, cracking or flattening of the existing O-ring

- Isolate water and drain down the affected section before removing pipework
