What it is

The Navien 20007838A is a GPS bracket used in Navien NCB-CE system and combination boilers, plus NPE-AWE and NPE-SWE water heaters. It provides a fixed mounting point for the associated component within the appliance assembly. The bracket is a service part, so it is replaced when the original is damaged, corroded or no longer holds its component securely.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The bracket is cracked, bent or deformed
  • Corrosion or heavy surface rust on the bracket
  • The mounted component is loose or moves in service
  • Rattling or vibration traced to a poorly secured component
  • Fixing points are stripped, elongated or no longer hold torque

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and serial number against the fitment list
  • Identify the bracket position on the appliance before removal
  • Check the existing bracket and its fixings for additional damage
  • Retain any reusable fasteners for refitting
