What it is

The Navien 20006934A is a black NBR O-ring measuring 19.8 x 2.4 mm with a 70 hardness rating, supplied to specification code P20. It seals the joint it is fitted to on Navien NPE-AWE and NPE-SWE condensing boilers, preventing water loss at the connection. O-rings of this type are consumable seals and are normally renewed whenever the joint is disturbed.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The O-ring is flattened, stretched or no longer sits proud of its groove
  • Hardening, cracking or perishing of the rubber
  • Scale or corrosion deposits around the seal face
