What it is
The Vokera anti-spilling sensor cable, part number 20006403, is a wiring harness used on a range of Vokera gas boilers. It connects the anti-spilling sensor circuit to the appliance's control electronics, allowing the boiler to monitor the flue and shut down safely if a spillage condition is detected. This part supersedes the earlier code 10024121.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler locks out or shows a fault relating to the flue or anti-spilling sensor
- Intermittent or unstable sensor readings traced to the harness
- Visible damage to the cable insulation, such as chafing, heat damage or rodent damage
- Corroded, loose or discoloured terminals at either end of the harness
- Continuity faults on the sensor circuit when tested with a multimeter

- Check the part number printed on the existing harness and compare it with 20006403 or the earlier code 10024121
- Inspect the sensor connector type and pin arrangement on the appliance before fitting
