What it is

The Vokera Kit Cable Grommet is a service part for Vokera gas boilers, supplied under part number 20005595. It forms the cable entry seal where wiring passes through the appliance casing, protecting the cable from the sharp edge of the panel and helping to maintain the integrity of the boiler enclosure. It is listed by the manufacturer for use on the Compact 24 SE and Mynute 24 SE models.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The grommet is split, perished or missing from the casing entry point
  • Wiring is chafing against the bare metal edge of the casing
  • The cable entry point no longer seals against the panel
  • The grommet has hardened or cracked with heat and age
  • The grommet has been displaced or lost during previous service work

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model against the fitment list above
  • Check the existing grommet position and cable routing on the appliance
  • Verify the part number 20005595 matches the number shown in the manufacturer's parts list for your model
  • Isolate the appliance and follow the manufacturer's instructions before fitting
