What it is

The insulation panel is a Vokera component supplied under part number 20005562. It is fitted within the casing of Vokera Compact 24 SE and Mynute 24 SE boilers, where it reduces heat loss from the appliance and limits the temperature of surrounding surfaces. The panel forms part of the boiler's internal thermal insulation rather than its combustion or water-carrying assemblies.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible cracking, crumbling or breakdown of the panel material
  • The panel has become damp, stained or softened
  • Sections of insulation are missing or have detached from their mounting
  • Boiler casing or adjacent surfaces running noticeably hotter than usual
  • Insulation debris found inside the boiler casing during servicing

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model and GC number against the appliance data badge
  • Check the existing panel's part number or markings where visible
  • Verify the panel's position and mounting arrangement before removal
  • Confirm whether any surrounding seals or fixings also need attention
