What it is
The Vokera back insulation panel, part number 20005561, is a casing insulation component for Vokera gas boilers. It sits at the rear of the appliance to limit heat loss from the combustion and heat exchanger area. It is listed for use on the Compact 24 SE and Mynute 24 SE models.
Signs this part needs replacing

- Panel crumbling, flaking or disintegrating when handled
- Moisture staining or water damage across the panel surface
