What it is

The Vokera 20001102 is an instrument panel used on Vokera Compact HE series gas boilers. It forms the boiler's user control and display assembly, carrying the fascia controls and indicators that sit on the front of the appliance. It is listed under controls within the Vokera Compact HE spare parts range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The display or indicator LEDs are blank, dim or intermittent
  • Controls or buttons on the fascia are unresponsive or fail to register
  • The panel shows erratic or incorrect readings during normal operation
  • Physical damage to the fascia, housing or button membranes
  • Fault codes or lockouts traced to the control fascia rather than the PCB

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model against the fit list above, including whether it is the natural gas or LPG variant
  • Check the existing panel's part number to confirm 20001102 is the correct item
  • Inspect the wiring and connections to the panel before replacing, as faults can originate elsewhere
  • Verify the boiler's GC number matches your appliance record
