Alpha Combustion Chamber 2.010367

The combustion chamber is the enclosed metal housing inside an Alpha CB50 (LPG) boiler where the gas burner flame is contained and combustion takes place. It shields the surrounding appliance casing and internal components from the heat of the burner and helps direct flue gases towards the heat exchanger and flue path. • Visible corrosion, scaling or heat discolouration on the chamber panels
• Cracks, splits or distortion in the chamber walls or seams
• Heavy soot or carbon build-up that cannot be cleaned back to sound metal
• Signs of flue gas leakage around the chamber, such as staining or a smell of combustion products
• Repeated flame failure or lockout traced to the combustion chamber during servicing

• Confirm the appliance is an Alpha CB50 running on LPG, as this chamber is listed for that variant
• Check the existing part number on the boiler or in the manufacturer's parts list against 2.010367
• Inspect the burner, seals and gaskets at the same time, as these are disturbed during chamber removal
