What it is
The Ferroli 100mm Outer Wall Flue Seal is a flue accessory used to seal the point where a boiler flue passes through an external wall. It closes the gap around the flue pipe, restricting draughts, water ingress and debris at the wall penetration. It is supplied as a Ferroli accessory for the boiler models listed below.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, perishing or distortion of the existing wall seal
- Draughts felt around the flue where it passes through the wall
- Water staining or damp patches on the internal wall near the flue
- Debris, insects or daylight visible through the wall opening around the flue

- Confirm the flue outer diameter is 100mm before fitting
- Check your boiler model against the fitment list above
- Inspect the flue terminal and wall penetration for damage before ordering
- Confirm the existing seal is missing, damaged or perished rather than simply loose
