What it is
The Vaillant 190751 is a complete pressure relief valve assembly for Vaillant Ecomax and VUW combi boilers. It opens to discharge excess pressure from the sealed heating circuit, protecting the boiler and system components from over-pressurisation. The valve is supplied as a complete assembly rather than a service kit.

- Water continually discharging from the pressure relief discharge pipe
- System pressure rising when the boiler is not firing
- Boiler pressure dropping after recharging, with no visible leak elsewhere
- Valve passing water after the system has been topped up and bled
- Scale or debris holding the valve seat open, causing a constant drip
