What it is

The Vokera 1895 is a small PCB connector block, also listed as a terminal board. It sits on the printed circuit board of Vokera Linea 24 and Linea 28 gas boilers and carries the electrical connection between the wiring harness and the board. It is a serviceable control component rather than a board-level repair.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Loose or intermittent connection at the board when the wiring plug is moved
  • Discoloured, scorched or melted connector housing or terminals
  • Brittle, cracked or broken plastic block
  • Boiler faults, lockouts or erratic running traced to the board connector
  • Wiring plug no longer clips or seats securely on the block

  • Confirm the appliance is a Vokera Linea 24 or Linea 28 and check whether it is a Mk1 or Mk2 — the changeover points are serial 161380001 for the Linea 24 and 164370001 for the Linea 28.
  • Compare the existing connector block with the board in the boiler before ordering.
  • Isolate the electrical supply before removing or fitting the part.
