What it is

The Ideal 182043 Front Panel Kit is a replacement outer casing panel for the Logic Combi 2 range of gas combination boilers. It forms the visible front face of the appliance and covers the internal components behind the combustion and control areas. The kit is supplied for the double-panel Logic Combi variants.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible dents, creases or deformation in the front panel
  • Corrosion, blistering or flaking paint on the panel surface
  • Discolouration or heat marking that will not clean off
  • Panel no longer sits flush or clips securely to the casing
  • Damaged or missing retaining fixings on the panel

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model from the data badge, for example Logic Combi 2 C24, C30 or C35
  • Check the GC number on the badge against the appliance you are working on
  • Verify whether the boiler is the standard or IE variant
  • Inspect the existing panel and fixings so any additional casing parts can be identified
