What it is
The Hamworthy 180841 is a major service kit containing the gaskets required for a full service of a Variheat Mk2 boiler. It is produced by Hamworthy for use on that appliance family. The gaskets renew the seals at the joints opened during major service work.
Signs this part needs replacing
- A scheduled major service is due and the existing gaskets are being renewed
- Existing gaskets show hardening, cracking or flattening
- Weeping, staining or traces of leakage at the joints the gaskets seal
- Gaskets have been compressed by an opened joint and cannot be reused
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance is a Variheat Mk2
- Check the appliance model against the manufacturer's parts list
- Confirm the kit covers the service tasks being carried out
