What it is
The Ideal 180825 is a complete hydroblock kit rated at 30kW and built around the Minebea variant of the assembly. It is the hydraulic unit that controls water movement through the boiler, bringing the diverter valve, pump housing and associated waterways together in one serviceable block. The kit is used across a range of Ideal combi and heat-only appliances.

- Water weeping from the hydroblock body, its joints or its connections
- System pressure dropping repeatedly and needing frequent topping up
